I found out on these buell you have to turn the handle bars to the left to start it fast

does anybody know what it means if my buell is spitting oil out of my crank case breather hose when i ride it because it spits a quite a bit out and im scared to ride it in fear of it blowing up the motor if all of the oil leaks out

Check your oil levels, make sure you put the correct amount. Check blow by, piston rings could be aligned or bad. I’d refer to the FSM to start diagnosing the issue
