Heyi bro, firstly sorry for the loss. In this hobby uncertain situations are quite usual....#harsh-truth but keep the hobby alive move on with new plan and variety of fishes. I would suggest you to give your planted tank to your turtles as they may get a very good space and you can even place a proper basking and yellow light for them...... All the best

Ur tank is big but ,for those alligator gar and catfish tank will not be sufficient because they grow huge, remove them and add oscars,and remove below tank and make a sump filteration, it's my suggestion bro ,up to u
