It is sad to lose a member of the family, he was a great dog and buddy for MAX, I also know your loss, am glad he died at home with you all there to comfort him...I am so glad you're getting back into videoing, I missed you both terribly. the loss is hard. the loss of a family member who loved you more than they love themselves, is extremely difficult. you never forget them and what they meant to you. it feels like your heart is ripped out. it is difficult but in time you learn to live with them not around, but still miss them. let the feelings and emotions come through, embrace them all, never hold any in. that is part of the human experience. there is no time limit as everyone is individual. i still miss ours they both passed naturally as well at home 7 years ago

I’m so sorry for your loss 😭💔. I lost my precious pup in July. Had her 8 years, got her when she was 5 y.o. I haven’t been able to go to the one park we went to all the time for walks. I don’t think I can ever go there again. I can’t imagine having to vlog about it without crying. I hope you guys can let the flood gates open and heal together. Brutus was the goodest of boys. And he will always be with you. My condolences to you and Max for your loss. We lost our dog in 2022, she was 16, and in 2023 we lost her sister who was 18. It's hard, but they never truly leave us. Take the time to grieve, we'll be here when you get back.Take care of each other in this time of loss.

Although we've only ever seen Brutus through a screen, it was easy to see how loved and cherished he was. Poor Brutus, so sorry this happened 😢 That dog was loved and well-cared for until the very last, maybe it's not much of a consolation to you guys yet, but someday it might be, because I'm sure he knew how much you loved him and he loved you back with all his might, he led a happy life and at the end of the day, that's all anyone can hope for. I went through something similar about 2 years ago with my dog or about a year ago he passed the same way that Brutus passed away it is the most heart-wrenching feeling that you will ever go through in your life it's like your best friend you've lost them like you've grown up with them for a long time I'm writing this message as I'm pretty much crying but it is not the best feeling sometimes it is great to scream to cry and do all those or feel all those feelings that you feel in the moment because holding them in is not really going to solve the situation or it's not going to make it any better but it's going to make it less hurtful for yourself in the long run Brutus was pretty much the best partner in you and y'all lives Y'all so max my condolences I know how it feels you'll get through it it gets better over time you'll look back and you'll have a great memories with him there will be certain things that will trigger you but you got this

Max and Yos, I know no words can really take away the pain and sadness you have right now. Losing a beloved pet is like losing a child. You raised, nurtured and loved Brutus as you would a child. We lost our 17 year old Domino in September of 2023, and he is still greatly missed by the family. I know it is not easy to forget the pain, but you also need to remember the good times and cherish the loving memories you have of Brutus. In videos with his sweet face, you could see that he loved both of you and was a very loved pet. You did good raising him and I know he was grateful for the loving home and the love you gave him. As hard as it is now, you have to continue to move forward. Don't stop loving each other and continue to be each others strength. Merry Christmas to you both and may the New Year bring you comfort and more love.

I lost my dog Bacon 2 years ago because of a sickness. So I get your pain. It took my own family a while to get through the pain before we could get another dog. I’m so sorry for your loss I Loved watching you guys interact with your dogs. My cat had to be put down because she had cancer and was suffering. She was my emotional support pet. I will miss seeing Brutus but I believe he’s in animal kingdom he will live in your Hearts Forever. Take all the time you need I truly understand we lost Che Che the day after Valentine’s Day. Max and Yos, I know this is a very hard time for both of you, it's never easy when we lose our beloved little ones. There never pets, their our family and yes, our children. When we have to say goodbye, we mourn for them as we would any of our family members. So it's okay to go through your grief, it takes time and don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. Your videos allow us to enter your life and be a part of it. Even though we may never meet, we (all of your fans) become attached to you and experience what you want us to be a part of. Brutus was a big part of that, and we mourn his loss with you. Brutus was a part of your lives, but both of you were his life. He was loved and he loved you both dearly. You made his life special and happy and he left this world knowing that you did. I'll leave you with this. There's an old story that asks, why is a dog's life so short, and ours so long? The answer is, that a dog's heart burns so bright for us, that it burns out quicker. My best and love to you both.

Vet said Dogs who live long lives like Brutus stayed because they loved their owners so much💜🙏💜✌️when this reaches you it will be Christmas morning,Merry.
