Once you sent it back they had no need for communication. I’d assume they are hoping the issue is fixed or will deal with the ‘next guy’.

Ah, that’s a shame on the jailbreak. Agree with Stellantis quality. Been also having problems with my 2021 JL Wrangler. Nothing but headaches. Miss my trouble free JK.
