The pointless music makes it unwatchable. I made it to 7:25 and had to stop. Whoever made this film needs to reevaluate what they think they know about making documentaries. The loud, overbearing music is *P O I N T L E S S* 😳

Everyone is talking about the music, but can we talk about the female mummy looking almost like she was alive?? She´s beautiful even when dead omg!! Girl must have been stunning when alive, she looked so delicate!

Ruined completely by the ridiculous level of unnecessary background music !

Fascinating .I think that the natural mummification seems to leave them looking more like they were than the Egyptian style where part of the treatment was to dry the body artificially and faster. These still look like they have muscle and veins showing on the arms and hands.Had their coffins been kept nice I would imagine they would have been even more perfect..But it was a very interesting documentary..Thank you .

why are these american documentaries so overproduced and bombastic? Let the information speak for itself - its not an action movie.

Its pretty terrible. There are some real documentaries on this channel, but these History-channel style ones are unwatchable to me.

As opposed to BBC documentaries? For profit production vs. Made on the public's £ production. Seems obvious to me. Film majors in American Universities study Hollywood movies/art films. They have to pay to film on location. British documentaries are sponsored by their government.

And lose the horns.. In fact, lose the music all together. It's not a thriller, suspense drama or action film. I couldn't even hear what was being said from the damned horns 📯 *BLEEAT BLAATT BLAARRMP!!* And the stupid drums. *AH BOOM BAH BOOM BOOM* 🥁 wtf?

I stopped watching when he was weirdly hitting on the woman at the yogurt shop. "Did you know bodies were rotting here for centuries? What do you think of that? Hahaha" what a tool...

"guarding an ancient secret" okay then why are you making a "documentary" about it? It's a secret no? And the pointless dramatic black and white shots, annoying music. Just no. they can do so much better

Yup, the background musik was jarring for sure and the story teller was equally boring. Would have been heaps better having a narrator with personality. Otherwise interesting with history, even thought this was in regards to one family building this and then the priesthood who seem to have taken over it. The earthquake/tsunami must have been absolutely terrifying. x

Good grief. I can't deal with this ridiculous background music that's on an endless loop. It's a shame because I found the subject of this doc to be interesting, but it's impossible to sit through this s*h*i*t blaring horns and drums. Besides, I'm getting tired of posting and reading these types of comments every week. The creators of this channel clearly don't care to listen to the redundant similar/same complaints from their patrons. Oh well, sucks for them, they just lost my channel subscription

When are yall going to starting dating these videos or listing the source? This channel is chaos and not in a good way. Some of these are interesting documentaries with actual science happening, some of it's History-channel fluff with bad dramatic music like this one, and some of them are ANCIENT specials that are completely outdated and no longer considered valid. Presenting it all as if its the same level is weird and annoying. Unsubbing.

What an uninteresting documentary, with a pathetic attempt to make something out of nothing. Dreadful presentation, terrible music and very little fact. So there is a crypt under an old church! Who would have guessed! Who are these people? what is this `Brotherhood?´ It is like a Bad Dan Brown plot. And that is saying something.
