Alright. That's why your channel is real. I appreciate your bad days too. You seem to have a lot less of them than me though. I've been struggling. Always catching a few but nothing spectacular. They moved up here but nothing is showing them actually bedding or even a post spawn. I'm confused at this point but on my way out when I get done texting to try again. Thanks for the video again Greg.

Thanks Greg, you definitely had warmer water than when we had that 2 day cold front. Our tiny tournament took place on the same day as the BBT. If you weren't aware, the winning weight for them was 20 lbs.; 31 skunked out of 86 boats. We had 10 boats - 5 had zilch. Misery loves company LOL! I enjoy seeing the wildlife you include. We had our share of sealions and otters 😊 Wishing you tight lines! 🤗

You addressed everything that went through my head this weekend! I was in Big Break and I see where you were. I was going to go there too on Sunday but it's just a bit further of a drive.

I have picked this content post to really pass on something alot of Angler's are missing out on fish with, your use of the fishnet is spot on. Always prepared, net in the water and comming up from below the bass, now things happen and we all miss some times. But, you are one of a very few Anglers doing it correctly, gotta give you prop's. Have only been binge watching your content for the last week, you guys have a good time and fish really well. Tight and wet lines, enjoy.

Well it looked like a nice day out lately it seems every weekend it rains & I see next weekend there is already rain in the forecast & high temps in the 50’s again. Thank you at least I got to see you catch some fish I went out & it was a beautiful day but not even a bite the funny thing is our lake has risen up to 98% full from 31% the area I was fishing was a newly flooded cove so I know what it looks like under it & the spot I was fishing I could just feel there where fish there. I just wonder exactly how bass act after that big of a water level change but usually they come up & explore those newly deepened areas.

Fun to watch Greg. Nice video bro! I know that it takes a little time,but when you get a snag,or catch a fish passed the lips. In my opinion you should check the line more closely, and often! If it looks milky or has a small fray,you will be able to feel it or see it! Re-tie more often! I see you break off a lot of fish bro. Remember your next cast could be a fish of a lifetime! By the way Greg I am not trying to offend you! You catch a lot of fish, you’re a stick bro,just would like to see you catch more of them and not brake off so many!

Not sure if you saw my message on FB messenger, but tracking showed that your rat made it to you and I was hoping that it did indeed make it safe to you and maybe we get to see that in action somewhere down the line 😀 I do hope you got it as I hadn't heard from you but I know you've been flat out busy so I haven't said anything or wanted to bother you. Alright, I'm going to continue on watching now, but I had found a moment to check and make sure the rat made it to you.

@abucad86879 ай бұрын
Brother! I noticed most of the fish you missed or broke off on in the last few vids is when you set the hook too hard. I know unsolicited advice is annoying and kinda rude, but as a fan of you and your channel I want to see you succeed! I think practicing a "tighter/finessed" hookset might help. As someone who goes back n forth flyfishing trout/rockfishing/and bass fishing I've had to be more conscious of different hooksets myself. I've launched trout into the trees and barely pin pricked bass, but after I dialed it in I've landed a lot more fish. It's quite hard tho because you basically have to change your brain to go from subconscious reflex to intentional reaction. I usually try to set the hook within the 3:00 to 1:00 position. I've noticed your boy Damien Thao does it similarly. Take it or leave it..ill still keep watching 🫡
@GogoFish4219 ай бұрын
Amen. That conscious hookset is key, especially in a kayak.
