What happened to WWE Elite figures?

My biggest issue is the ball joint hips. My figures always lock up after hot water or get too loose after the water.

Mattel need to sort it out this year the figures looked the best they ever had but the legs can’t move

if my legs are messed up i just microwave some water and let the legs soak in for about like 2-3 mins and the issue goes away
