I woke up at 5am for 1460 days (4 years) not by choice lol. I went to a boarding school in Ghana when I was in high school. It has definitely played a significant role in how discipline I am. Waking up early makes you more productive and makes your entire day better. It also gives you a moment to connect with yourself and nature while everyone else is sleeping.

I also noticed the difference Meditation: without meditation I was not able to feel the present moment, and I tend to overestimate my problems Exercise: without exercise I was not able to be confident in a group, not able to maintain posture Reading: without this habit , my exploring capabilities of my mind declined and led a fixed mindset, without the need to accumulate knowledge. Writing: I was not able to trace my progress without writting in a book Visualisation: I had no visual on my future ,so had no proper planning and was easily attracted to distraction

I listened to the audiobook and have been doing the Miracle Morning for a week today. I intend to do this for all of June. Since doing it, I feel more inspired and awakened. It feels like I can send and receive messages from the universe so easily now. I feel in tune with the flow of life. Overall, I feel like a bad ass!! I had heard of the book before, but didn't decide to seek it out until your morning routine video, and the video on the benefits of the Miracle morning. Thanks for making these videos! It's like I was destined to come across your videos. Thank you.

I have been doing the miracle morning consistently every day for a month & a half. When I first started in the beginning of May, I skipped a few days and I definitely could tell a difference on those days. Around the middle of May, I challenged myself to do the Miracle morning for 21 days because that is supposed to be how long it takes to build a habit. So it really has become a habit, even if I feel as if I don't want to be up, I am able to get out of bed do my miracle morning routine and maybe go back and catch some sleep, but this miracle morning thing rocks, i'm so glad to have heard about it and i'm scared of not doing the miracle morning because it has helped tremendously and is now a big part of my life

Good practices, except that being woken up by an alarm is a very bad start to the day. Better is to wake naturally, which means going to bed at a good time. Better Than Yesterday has some good videos about resetting your diurnal rhythm so you are sleepy and able to go to sleep at a good time and thus waking up naturally at a good time. An alarm is physically and mentally stressful and interrupts your natural sleep pattern. If you're going to all the effort of having a good morning routine, makes sense to begin that routine in the best way.
@feliciahumphrey86033 жыл бұрын
I’d say only if you don’t like your alarm. I picked a song for my alarm that I love and it feels good to start my day from that very first moment
@RedDesertRoz3 жыл бұрын
@@feliciahumphrey8603 it isn't about whether you like your alarm but whether your alarm interrupts your sleep as opposed to whether you wake naturally.

I'm a high school student who already had to get up at 5 in the morning just to be ready to leave for a class I have before my actual school starts. Because of work and other activities, every so often I get home really late. How do you think I could fit the miracle morning into my schedule?
@iamchelseadinen7 жыл бұрын
+DanceStar3912 I'd still try to fit it in in the morning if you really want to start a daily morning practice. Hal Elrod even says you can do each of the SAVERS for a minute (though I think it loses its effect if you do it too quickly) but even waking up 15 minutes earlier to meditate, visualize, etc. will make a difference!
@1Lightdancer6 жыл бұрын
Could you choose three things from the list (say: exercise, affirmation and gratitude journal) and spend 15 minutes on those, and just a minute or two on each of the rest?' And commit to sing that for a couple of weeks, and see how it goes?
@jenniferbrooks34966 жыл бұрын
Nadya King yes you can. Also, over time you can switch it up and spend more time on the others and less on those you listed. Or spend a whole hour or two on ur days off to really focus on getting 10-30min on the more (personally) important ones and 5-10min on visualization and affirmations, e.g. Since they aren't going to require as much time as the other life s.a.v.e.r.s. Also, over time, you are going to learn more and evolve and therefore you may make changes and incorporate more or exchange certain habits into your morning routine that better serve you. There's no specific certain way....only what works for you as long as it's helping you to continue to grow, improving your day to day life, keeping you happy, healthy and energized, achieving your goals, reaching higher and higher potential, etc.,etc., etc.!!! :)
