My God, my Archie has very similar symptoms. When he was adopted he was missing one eye , nobody knew why. Then he was scratching he's face above he's eye but vets said it was allergy so we treated him for allergy . Also he has serious problem with he's teeth so they were removed . Years after he start having nasal congestion once a year and again vets were treating him for cat flu.He was diagnosed with lymphoma when he developed fluid inside and outside his lungs and lung cage but it was too late . If I only knew earlier 😔😰

I’m so sorry, it sounds like you really did try your best to get him treated whenever he was growing ill and unfortunately as pet parents that’s all we can really do in those situations. ❤️
