It is a little weird that Kaidou’s devil fruit is the only fish fish fruit. I know it’s based off of the Asian mythology on dragons. Although it does make you wonder if there are other fish type of devil fruits. Like a fish-fish fruit, model: great white shark. They’d be pretty useless. If a fish man ate a devil fruit he would probably lose the ability to swim but not to breathe as the devil fruit doesn't take away your ability to swim but exhausts you to a point where it's not possible so I guess he would just be stuck on the ocean floor 😢
