Hi John! Our Prize Patrol makes every effort to locate our winners. We haven't had a situation in over 30 years of awarding prizes where we could not locate our winners. The Prize Patrol would work directly with the Postal Service to locate the owner of the P.O. Box if necessary. Be honest I been by stuff from P C H For about 30 years and I haven’t won anything and I bought a lot of thangs but now I inter the contest online and I told them that all my Facebook account and some more stuff was hacked and now they want talk my Email number and they claim that they can’t find it so what kind of stuff is this just because somebody hacked my account and I sent them my address and phone number and they still want except my address and phone number and i am despointer about entry on the internet and I thank that this is nothing but a big scam until they prove me wrong
