I Really appreciate Shiv Khera. Issue well raised. What i think if NOTA gets majority, implement president rule there and cooling off period to be provided to candidates who participated in elections. Issue here is if NOTA wins re-elections will cost economy much. We have to figure out different ways. Definitely politicians are not going to make any rule adverse to them. Serious issue ,some committee needs to be formulated for this. 👌

If NOTA vote is greater than the largest vote polled than EC will decide this way: If Nota is bigger than the second largest non BJP Candidate the vote will be cancelled In case Nota is bigger than the second largest which is BJP, The BJP will win. Nota should be stopped. Noota should be applied. Not one of the above. The negative vote of every candidate should be registered, and the balance should be counted. For example, a topper gets 35%positive votes, but 60%negative. The second position gets 34% positive votes, but 10% negative. The second one should be declared the winner. Raghunandan Sharma
