3:03 What was happening? Well the program (UserOverflow) and net.exe (user-related Windows program) was unable to handle huge amounts of user, and the error message showed. And when you click OK, the UserOverflow program was skipping on and was attempting to make new users. And it was going on.

Enderman make a vm(if you can) with 32 gigs of ram, 6 cores of the processor you have, and i suggest at least 50 GB hdd! :D Try that it could stand it right?(i dont think so but you can try)
