Don't try this at home. Don't try this at school either. Don't even prank your friends by deleting their System32 (a Windows system folder) because you will not fix it yourself and your friends will be really mad at you. They will then have to take their desktop/laptop to the computer store to reinstall Windows. The best place where you can do it is on a virtual machine, so you don't have to take your computer to the computer store to reinstall the system.
