Rather than just being a human mage, the bird bits add so much other-ness to the character. Especially because you placed the beak under the human nose -hole on the skull, it’s almost like the souls he’s absorbing is changing him. Really cool sculpt!

Khonsu/Khöns looks nothing like that. He's a falcon-headed God with a lunar disk. He's sorta redundant in the Kemetic religion which I practice, and I dont know how to make sense of Him, or worship and revers Him either as Djhuty precedes His Image, and Purposes. So I have yet to figure out a way to incorporate Him as a sensical deity. I tend to accept He's a part of the Netjeru, just not an aspect worth explaining as He is redundant. In marvel comics He looks like a bastardised version of Lord Djhuty (Thoth) but with a ibis-skull. Many comic versions of the Egyptian deities are done with liberal artistic license, albeit complete inaccuracies borne of misunderstanding them. It's not an easy task to understand the Ancient Kemetic deities without understanding they had many titles, nicknames (if you tally up all the gods, you get 2000 total, once you realize each god had different aspevts and egyptology insists on inaccurately portraying each as a separate god which can be summed up to be somewhere between 37 to 50 actual major and minor deities.... well there you go.) and their dualogical nature. Not to mention you have at least four origin paths which are subtly different from each other.
@i_simp_for_dabi2 жыл бұрын
@@sonofeyeabovealleffoff5462 He meant the Khonshu from the comics and show which shows him to have the skull of a bird. I respect your religion and I understand your frustration, but Justin most likely doesn’t understand Kemetic religion.

I have an idea. (1) get an ornament hanging stand. (2) Sculpt a dead astronaut with his helmet cracked and his visor blown out like a brick that's went through a windshield. Also we can see crystal's that have built up around the outside of the blown out glass. It might be fun to put the black visor pulled a little back over his helmet. The glass is also cracked. (3) inside the visor we can see a zombie looking head. His eyes are rolled up a little into his head. Maybe he has one lazy eye look to the left or right but also rolled up and to the left or right. (4) the body is in a pose as if it is being lifted from the waist by a rope that was tied around it. Only the legs and arms are in a floating pose. (5) the spacesuit is orange. His feet are long like that TV show intro My three sons. Ankle's are also thin. Air pack. Hose's from suit to pack, maybe one is ruptured. Maybe even a sliced open part in the helmets connection to the suit. Other then this? Have at it with your own ideas. Best regards. James Bond...

I have to be honest, it has been a **WHILE** since I last watched an @AceOfClay video - 100% nothing to do with Anthony's channel or videos, it was entirely due to personal reasons (general art block followed by a house move, double bereavement and then a mental health crash - all so much fun! 😂) but I just wanted to say that I love the progression that this channel has had in the time I have been away. The production value has definitely stepped up yet another gear and I really, really LOVE the new (to me) context/lore elements that have been brought into the videos. Honestly, it was the one little thing that was missing that I didn't even know was missing and adds a whole new dimension to the videos which I am completely digging! Not only has this video (and return to this fantastic channel) got my creative juices flowing again BUT I know have inspiration to create/develop my own universe of characters and even some ideas on how to finish up some half-started projects from before - I was really struggling with the chicken feet aspect of a Baba Yaga's house sculpt and how to create it in its own mini-environment when I remembered an old video of this channel (I think it was either a gravedigger or a cemetery caretaker type character that had it's own environment as a base) and came back to this channel only to find my first video back had a character with chicken feet! Must be fate! 😂 Great work with the channel Anthony, I am so very happy to be back and so inspired by your work again! Off topic but you look great by the way - I especially enjoyed the accidental (? 😉) gun show during the video 😂😂💪🏻 Now where's that playlist link at..... I have a lot of catching up to do with the universe! **clicks link**

Idea, The Guitarist: He's a middle aged man who has a black guitar. The neck is made from a human spine and the tuning pegs are made from teeth. He goes around and plays on the street late at night where it's dark so it's harder to see his face or guitar. If someone hears him playing they'll fall in a trance and follow him into an alleyway or sewer or building, etc. He'll then murder them and gut them, changing out his guitar strings with their intestines. His anti-mutant could be a little girl who plays a violin or flute and she will have to beat the Guitarist by outplaying him (sort of a life or death musical competition)
