@Micah TTT unfortunately yes. Same Kafara is required for a person who's had sexual interfourse in ramadhan with his spouse knowingly whilst fasting. And they can also feed 60 people full meals in a day however that's the action that is only allowed for people who have health problems. Ask a scholar for more info. And Allah knows best.
