The reason the game only distracts the original Sun when knocking over the tower is likely because the game already assigned the distraction sequence to the original entity when the area was created!

Coming from future, Sun is quite self aware because well if you manage to Enter daycare again. Daycare Attendant has quite extraordinary powers such as teleporting which isnt surprise here in this case, but he can actually change forms for example if you try to Enter daycare when lights are out after being banned he will yell security Alert in sun form even with lack of light

If you want to "activate" the other animatronics you spawn in, get jumpscared by a security bot. They will sprint at you trying to kill you. "Giga-tronics"
