Here's my take on suing a prison for injuries to an inmate: From single digits as a child to double digits of any age, you know about prison, what happens in prison and how to get to prison. Knowing all that, if you still choose to commit crimes and you end up in prison, YOU caused that so you can't be surprised by anything that happens to you in there. You choose the dark side so now you have to deal with the shade. You shouldn't be allowed to turn around and sue because of something that happened to you in there. 1)You choose to eat that s--t, you can't turn around and sue McDonald's. 2) You choose to have unprotected sex and now you got AIDS. You can't sue the health department for not making you use protection. Life is short and sweet if you make the most of it and in a way that sucks when you think about it. But life can be long and udderly miserable if you choose to F--K it up. I graduated elementary school over 30+ years ago. I can't go back at 70yrs old and burn the school down because my life sucks.
