I have a question related to brain When a person is in coma, does his or her brain still function, if not which organ takes care of the proper functioning of our body? Also are our dreams related to the things we come across in our daily life?

Yes I do have , when we feel ourselves falling down in a dream suddenly the dream gets changed or we wake up this happens because brain doesn't know what to display after the death(I have noticed this only ) . This has happened to me tons of time .But brain🧠 is really a hero and for my brain you are the hero thankyou soo much byjus for a wonderful lesson . ❤

Once, I woke early in the morning. I started studying, but I was feeling sleepy, first I went to bed to study, then put the book aside. At this time I wanted to study, but was feeling sleepy. In this dilemma, I slept finally but after some time I felt something weird. I felt I am awake, but I wasn't able to open my eyes, not even move my body. I felt helpless and powerless, like some power has taken over me. Finally after some time I could open my eyes but it was a dreadful experience. After experiencing this thing twice, now I avoid sleeping again after waking up. The fear is still on my mind. What could be the reason?
@joann5ran2 жыл бұрын
I've had this same experience, its cause we are paralyzed during REM sleep to prevent our bodies from acting or moving while we dream. People who experience sleep paralysis usually wake up before the REM cycle is complete. This space between sleep and waking can be experienced as a dream. It can also be experienced in the waking state as being unable to move, talk, and, in some cases, breathe.

I observed that the dreams I see are not the thoughts I had before I sleep its really different.. What I thinks before sleep and what I see in my dreams are never the same and I don't know why?🙂 The people or place or situation I see in my dreams will be the things I thought about earlier and forgotten.. and It makes me remember those old things and recall memories 🙂 Why is it like that?
