If my memory serves me 🤯I had a can of Snowy beer before from 7-11. Was it because of content that you bent over backwards and took one for the team. 300 baht is alot but I guess Snowy Weizen is a Thailand craft beer. I'm not too shy to ask for another table with the Beer Chang girl. 🤣 I know to relax and enjoy which I do everyday because this is my home now for 6 years but in Northeast Issan.

I'm in Phuruea ,Loei Province mostly because my gf/wife's family is here and at the time she had land to build on. My area very quiet but the weather is cooler then most especially in wintertime. Land alone can cost between 300 thousand baht -600 thousand baht per rai on average outside of the big cities. There aren't alot of western style homes in my area but more important do you have a specific area in mind? If you look to purchase the land will be included. If you build then you either buy land in your wife's name and then you can build. I've seen one or two farang you tubers that show homes for sale with property in Thailand. I remember one who was from Tak. Most important you have to decide on where you want to live.

@unreal world Chiangmai has always been my favorite place ever since my first visit in the late 1980's. If I had the money back then I could of, would or should of bought property. At the time foreigners couldn't purchase land so you would had to of trusted a thai person. Just like trusting a bar girl. 🤣😥
