I mean multiple DragonBall characters can move during stopped time.. that's not even possible technical and every character that can is hilarious and all over the place power wise in what else they can do. As such there's no possible comparisons to make, most DragonBall characters as early as DragonBall z could eradicate moons and planets, and some could even before z in early DragonBall. These days they could casually erase the entire universe if they so chose, in fact a couple points hint at that as early as beerus vs goku both battle of gods and resurrection f if I recall similarly state their clash almost destroyed the entire universe. I am looking forward to season 3. Season 1 was definitely amazing. The whole thing with the mystery behind why Omniman did what he did was really compelling, and Cecil is really cool as well with all the hidden tech. Some aspects or Mark himself are a little irritating though, but maybe that's just a consequence of him being a teenager and young adult. I do wish he'd just grow a pair sometimes. Like he's crying over a guy that snapped his mother's arm in half and then threatened to beat her to d**** using a toddler as a club, and here's Mark have an existential crisis over killing him. So you can tell Mark is holding back a lot of his power when he shouldn't be. There's some other things I could list here but I don't wanna pick it apart too much for you.
