Seems like there’s been a rise in narcissism the last year. It’s like a disease. I’ve noticed it can be contagious if you don’t realize what’s going on. I just put my notice in my job. I can not work with the bosses son anymore. Entitled brat. And I felt it start to change me. It’s a dirty grimy feeling that makes me loose all patients whenever I’m around him.

@Dzs M I lost my career during the pandemic. I swear Covid-19 is basically narcissistic narcissism. It’s a plaque that effected alot of us in different ways. I went from 50 dollars an hour before lockdown to 15 dollars and now 13 dollars because of the narcissistic nature of the bosses son. Now I work at Applebees. The people are nice so far. And I’m really trying to figure out another way that’s gonna bring enough money to meet the ends. I choose happiness over abundance right now. And I feel richer in spirit more than ever as i watch this narcissistic world show playing out. It’s only increased my faith. Plus I been dealing with ptsd from my narc ex that faked being ill during the pandemic. Life began to get better the night i called the cops on her. Been a year and a half and slowly healing. And I won’t let anyone get in my way of that. If there’s one person that’s a narcissist at work, then one of us is leaving. And I will make that loud and clear. In the most empathetic way possible.

Part of the disorder is overestimating themselves and underestimating everyone else. This is to your benefit once you decide to fight. It used to offend me ever so slightly, but mostly I chose to ignore it. HOWEVER, when it came to the divorce battle, he was in a state of shock because he had never allowed himself to recognize that I was smarter, more educated, more motivated, organized, driven, and ruthless when I set my mind on something. I researched everything, watching all these videos, prepared for each court date and mediation with total focus on SLAYING!!! Thanks for all the free content, you are a difference-maker Ms. Zung❤️

It's really awkward when the covert narc was once your close brother. Since reducing contact when ever crossing paths via messaging he plays silence treatment games therefore I've gone completely no contact to avoid that happening anymore, which I think has surprised him, as I was once kinda dependent on his fake support

Thanks, Rebecca, for helping so many people! My roommate is a covert narc, which is what you have taught me. She rarely displays emotions and rarely smiles. She has apologized a few times for various things, which don't seem to fit. What else doesn't fit is that she is very dirty with her surroundings. I clean the fridge, cooking stove, and washer/dryer often. They were all filthy when I moved in. ( I was in another state when I found her ad and moved to this town, so had no way of knowing anything.) This house is so run down, needs paint, and weeds in yard taller than I am! She has rented this for 5 years and nothing has been cleaned. I would think she would have perfect surroundings, but wants to stay here until "her husband" comes along. She is 37 and "he" isn't here. It's obvious that she doesn't like people. There is a man who has been a friend for several years and she plans on marrying him, but he doesn't ask her out. She is obsessed with him and talks about him SO MUCH! I am moving in 2 weeks, but it would help so much if I receive some comments from you and others! I naturally, with not much thinking over, call out every tactic in the moment it happens and its like a binge narcissists ( binge socially/ 24/7 in private (my assumption)) there is silence after refusing guilt or accountability for my actions as a mirror and basically putting on the glove and pulling my own out of my ow pocket and they are.looking at both gloves and probably asking themselves why they don't have their glove and can't take their eys off of my new glove and where did my new glove come from! And in reality Ive sewn that glove in their presence years!

Some things are not worth fighting for, You can't fix a cheater, a psychopath, or a narcissist, it's as simple as you can't take blood from stone. these smart phone devices in people's hands have taken them away from real individuality, not until I got closure on my husband I was in the dark. We create our reality and the consciousness of the planet is accelerating. This means people have to become more aware of who they are. When one experiences abuse, you first become aware of the abuse, then realizing you are a victim, With healing and processing comes strong boundaries built by confidence in your worth. After this comes a realization that the experience made you stronger and more of who you are and that the narcissist was simply a vehicle for your growth. Ultimately you then realize we are all a creation of our energetic spiritual energy and the narcissist was and is a part of us. In the end, we become accepting of the experience and knowing we would never go back to the previous unawakened and unenlightened version of ourselves. It is not by any means an easy journey and is filled with pain especially when we incarnate into a family with a parent of such characteristics. There is a plan and it is ultimately to drive us. You would love an awakened version of you. My husband was a deceptive narcissist and sociopath, he would never apologize, I was always made to feel little on the inside, it was pure psychological warfare at its lowest, I suspected infidelity on his path, not until with the help of the developer of an app code name rat9 for accessing his device without having to physically touch it, with a functionality to view deleted chats and messages as well as call logs and in-app chats, I was completely in the dark. There was a Conversation I read on his Instagram Account where he did address me as 'beauty with no brains'. I'm finally going through a divorce with evidences too overwhelming. My ex was jealous of my career, took me years to realise the red flags were there at the start, didn't like I was working all over the place in care which is a 24/7 job he was a salesman, though would stand me up to go get drunk with his mate, when our child came along he lied about being at work when he weren't and was fooling around though it was my fault for finding that out, his family also jumped on me, respect for posting these videos, knowledge is power

Don't pay it. I was bribed by the narcissist to pay him money I DID NOT owe him. I got an attorney and showed my attorney the stack of evidence I had. And attorney interviewed my witnesses. Don't let that ass*** get a penny from you. Get an attorney or represent yourself pro per. I made a serious threat to sue HIM (breach of contract, fraud, punitive damage's). I guess the college degree I have that narcissist doesn't paid off. Remember they are more afraid of you than you are afraid of them. Good luck.

I just left a few days ago we had a separation agreement and he gets the house I get full custody and the car…days before I left he actually made fun of me for me and his own baby having no where to go. All my family is out of country and I am bouncing around from home to home (was a stay at home mom) this experience is terrible

Oh my gosh he got the house? Oh well you will get a place of your own and don't let him put one little toe inside of your new home. He shouldn't even be allowed to know where you live. You know where he lives so use the car to drop off the kids for visits. That will be bad enough. The narcs are stalkers and when you do get your own place he will stalk you. For now it is actually good that you don't have a place of your own. He can't kick in the door of someone eles home. I hope you find a place where he can't drive by and see if you are home or not. I'm going through a divorce right now and I'm doing it pro se while he has a lawyer. So far I'm doing well and even got temporary maintenance on my own. We have a court date June 15th. His lawyer gave me interrogatories and I asked him to send me the documents by email and sent them right back to him with the words changed in my favor.

I come from India. I was in my marriage for 18+ years and despite getting information of his infidelities which were always denied by him. Having no proofs made me think I'm imagining things. In 2009, I accidentally got proofs and I moved out. We had been in our own business without me realising that he was siphoned all into his accounts. He forged my resignation documents using pre-signed blank sheets for electric/phone etc to remove me from the directorship from the 2 companies that we held together in April 2010. Going forward...I have compiled all the documents and details along with my bank account statements to prove him wrong. Still fighting cases against him in court but Indian law structure+2 years of COVID time delays and delays...but I know I have won by being able to get out of his hands & will win my cases too eventually. REBECCA, YOU HAVE MADE ME UNDERSTAND HOW/WHY/WHAT. THANK YOU 💗

Hi Rebecca, I have learned a lot from your videos and can now assess my narcissistic sister much better. I am in a hopeless situation with my sister regarding an inheritance. It's about a house. My sister doesn't take care of the house and refuses to make a decision what to do with the house and the rest of the inheritance! I awkwardly informed her several months ago that I would like to sell the house. She wants to harm me by blocking the sale as she seems to think that caring for the house is my sole responsibility (although I live hundreds of miles away - unlike her!). I am absolutely at a loss as to what strategy to use to get her to sell the house. Should I always demand the opposite of what I actually want? I'm not living in the US and in my country most lawyers don't know about narcissism and cannot put themselves in my position. Unlike me, she is wealthy (married a rich doctor) and always sends his husband on. Everyone then believes her and her husband, since a doctor would never lie... :-))) If they hire a company, they have the invoice made out in my name and so on... I'm pretty desperate.
