Try other parts of body like the spine.

There is 31 nerves in the spine and I don't think cracking your spine would be a good action to follow through with. It may cause nerve damage and lots of pain.

@@markford2227 not true actually. I crack my back all of the time. If your do it right it didn't hurt at all like pushing your back into a chair it feels good bc it's getting that immediate area.

hold up, air bubbles look dark on ultrasound. I dont think bubbles appearing would look white like that. White in ultrasound is dense solids. maybe, it was dark initially because a bubble was present, shadowing the waves. After cracking the knuckles, somehow the bubble disappears and you see right through the joint
