This gross body made of five elements goes back to the elements ,the Mann or consciousness comes from waheguru and continues to wander in gross or subtle bodies unless it loses its identity and gets absorbed into Waheguru and gets liberated ie mukti , Man tu joth sarup Hain apna mool pehchan . Now what is waheguru and how to get absorbed Waheguru is nirgun and sargun Nirgun is state of smadhi a state where there is no mind a state where there are no thoughts no time yet there is awareness, from nirgun comes sargun in the form of shabad, what's shabad it is Dhun Onkar , it is the basic vibration of the universe from which the whole of existence has come from. Waheguru is gurmantar you recite it with love and devotion and one day you start hearing Onkar Dhun and now you sit in meditation and all your attention to the Dhun ,it will take you to nirankar and Mann loses its identity ie ego and only nirankar is left, duality is lost singularity is left and that is liberation Shabad Guru Surt Dhun chela Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Interesting bro! Reciting/meditating with love and devotion upon the Shabad is necessary, however, understanding and imbibing the philosophical ideas are equally necessary to have a relationship with the divine, in fact could be considered paramount! Also, Waheguru is the gurmantra?? Just a intriguing question as have any of the six gurus within the GGS mentioned Waheguru? Or maybe the 15 bhagatss? The word is penned several times within The Shabads of the bhats in different forms,! The pre-eminence of Waheguru as a name for God, considering there are many names used within the GGS with ram being the most used I believe, is due to the writings of bhai Gurdas, Who is our first theologian, however there are genuine concerns to the authenticity of some of The writings suggesting corruption, calculated deliberate additions to the versus with the probable motivation being to facilitate a deviation from the Gurus path! just something to think aboutbro, from a student of theology who is seeking truth! Thank you

Balhare jawan jete tere naam You can call any of the various names of Waheguru as mentioned in Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, only your devotion and love matters as you are remembering only one God the almighty who is basis of everything and their is nothing without Him , Sab Gobind hai sab Gobind he. Arguments will not stop, doubts are only removed with the grace of Guru Meditate ie Naam abhyaas only then God will reveal Himself in the form of Shabad ie Onkar leading ultimately to Nirankar.

Not quite sure where you got this from bro. The purpose of life, from a sikh point of view, is to become one with God. To merge back into Waheguru. That is heaven for sikhs. This is why veerji describes suchkhand as souls in meditation. Ofcourse, people have been connecting with Waheguru since the beginning of man. Call Waheguru Allah, or Christ, or any other name. That is not important. What is important is that you connect. Man was forgetting how to connect, or even realising that they needed to connect, and so Guru Sahib came to earth to remind us of the truest path. I say truest because it's what Sikhs believe to be the most direct way of connecting with Waheguru, but ofcourse it is not the only way.

@@indy_singh I am Sikh and love sikhi , but it’s just the afterlife that I don’t really connect with . As I would love to see my family again . As even if we get liberation only our soul goes to heaven . So we never really truly see or connect with our family members ever again
@indy_singh
@indy_singh Жыл бұрын
@@SdS-nr7if as hard as it might be... connections and relationships are an illusion of this world. Your parents today could have been your children in a past life. This is part of the reason why Huru Gobind Singh sacrificed his children, when he could have saved them. To demonstrate how to love, but not be attached. Ofcourse Guru Sahib is the gold standard, and we can only try and reach that level. Everything is temporary. Your body. Your mind. Your family. Your wealth. The only eternal one is Waheguru, and that is what pervades when we transition to an 'after life' The term afterlife is misleading though. It indicates that this life continues into the after. That isn't true. Your soul is much older then you right now. It's probably thousands of years old. Sojourn soul isn't going to an after. You should see it more as the truth. And this world being the false. Kinda why its called Sachkhand. The realm of truth.

Alert! By meditating everyone has their own opinion on what happens after death, And they come up with the concept of rebirth, So that they can enjoy life again and again, And the fact is that they do hope so, They want to enjoy life again and again by rebirth concept, Those who think like this, they do not want to stand and give an account before their God, Their hearts hope to enjoy life again and again, They don't care about what The GOD wants and why He created everything, They always follow what their heart tells them to do, They are always busy with how to enjoy a life, They don't want to sacrifice their lives for their God. Instead of living by the will of their own God, they live by the will of their own hearts and those who are enemies of God. I tell you the 'Truth' about what happens after your death. listen. After death you will stand before your God and give a full account of life! There is no 2nd option other than this! Islam (Arabic Word) The word “Islam” means “submission to the will of (The God)” And Muslim (Arabic Word) The word "Muslim" means "One who surrendered to (The God)" About the word (Allah) (Allah - الله) grammatically, and what does it mean in arabic: Allah (الله) is an arabic word created from a letter and a word...and those are: First: (ال) which means (the) Second: (إله) which means (deity) or (god) In arabic (ال / the) is used to refer to things that are known and specific.. If you don't use (ال / the) it would be like you are referring to a random unknown thing. Basically if you join (ال / the) with the word (god / إله) - with a small (g) -, it becomes (the God - GOD / الإله).... in arabic there is a rule of joining two words to sound like one and that is called (joining words / إدغام - idgam) .. these both words that creat (الإله) join together in pronunciation to create the word (الله / THE GOD) under the (joining words / إدغام) rule.. Basically (Allah - الله) means (the God) If you don't believe me, all sematic languages (hebrew - aramiac - arabic) all fall under this rule that God in each language is from 3 main letters and those are: 1_ E-A 2_ L 3_ H The arabic translation of the bible also says Allah for God... Arabic Christians and Jews also say Allah regularly because thats what God means in arabic... Actually the word Allah existed since before Arabic even became a things.. in old semite the word for God always depended of 3 main letters that I mentioned previously. To clarify my statement, I advice you to look up the word for God in other semite languages other than Arabic, like Hebrew which uses "Aloh-Aloheem" and aramiac "Alaha-Eloha" Iam an Arab, and arabic is a semaric language similar to Hebrew and aramiac. The word for God in arabic is technically "Elah-إله", but this word can mean a false god or real god.. the same way in Hebrew there is "Aloh", and in Aramiac there is also "Elah" However, the Arabic language mix 2 words with the rule known as "edgam-إدغام" its a simple rule that allows 2 or 3 words to join together to make ONE continues word, and those words are "Al-Elah-الإله" which means "The God"... and when we establish the rule of idgam, it becomes One word "Allah-الله" The same way un the Aramiac language there is "Alaha" and in Hebrew there is "Aloheem" And further prove myself, feel free to search it, in a matter of fact, Christians and Jews who speak arabic also use the word "Allah-الله"... And if you search "arabic translation of the bible" you'll also find the word "Allah-الله" used in the place of the word: "God" From the creation of the arabic language until now, the word "Allah-الله" was and will always be used to refer to the God of Abraham. Conclusion: Allah is the arabic word which means: (the God) how many times should I say this for you to understand??? It's actually 2 words, the word "ال" which means "the" and the word "إله" which means "deity or god" Joining those word together is an arabic rule called "idgam/ ادغام" its used several time in arabic literature, especially in quran, like in the word "عن ما" changed into "عمّ".. and in doing so, we get "الله" which a double sound "haraka (حركة)" called "شدة" It's the only word in arabic with gender, and the only word in the whole arabic language that cannot be made plural. Arabs use the word "الله" to refer only to the God of Abraham... we find several evidence of such even before the return of islam into Arabia, for example a Christian ruler in najran used to have a ring with the name "الله" written into it. Other examples of such is the Arabic translation of the bible which also uses the word "الله"..
