Thank you so much for this video. I’m confused now because we applied as common law and got married before getting the COPR. We’ve informed IRCC and we received an email stating that they confirmed the change in status. When we received the COPR, it’s showing Common Law instead of Married. I’ve been part of the application from the very beginning with UCI and is in my husband’s portal. On Facebook, I saw some of your replies in same situation that it’s okay and can be changed in POE but in this video, you said it’s not allowed? As per the program conditions if you are applying for PR under any of the federal programs then your "intention" must be to reside outside Quebec
