I had long covid for 6 months and perhaps even again with second confirmed Covid illness in 2022. My doctor put me on Ivermectin for 12 weeks, also Intenzyme Forte for 6 months, during active early illness I started on Colchicine to prevent severe Inflammation ( increased 600%) in 2021 and still high..... I felt much better and less fatigued and generalized joint pain resolved to normal levels at 65 years old) I also use Humic Fulvic acid daily and Triphala powder that I read about in Ayurvedic medicine. I am now on a long supervised fast not only for long covid but also for cancer marker scores that I never had before.... it is a huge concern, but with prayers journaling and intermittant and long fasting..

NAC helped me. Nattokinase is said to help. NMN helps with the mitochondrial dysfunction. I worked super hard to rebalance my vagus nerve dysfunction. Getting up faithfully and grounding with bare feet outside and taking in morning sun and being out for the sunset (light therapy) has been magic, along with tons of breathing exercises to stop so much hard cardiac contractility from Long Covid. After a few months, I slowly got better and better. I also took all the other supplements mentioned (fish oil, D and K, Super B Complex with Benfotiamine and extra B12 for mitochondrial dysfunction too). They all helped. I also had issues with smells and taste. I had very increased and noxious sense of smell and nothing tasted good for quite awhile. I forced myself to eat very healthy Whole Foods and protein since I was losing weight very rapidly. I am finally getting my weight and muscle back, although I was strong throughout. I lost down to 113 from 120. That's a lot for a female. And yes, dry sauna was and is so healing for me!!

Feeling so much better: 2 years post vax, 18 months post Delta. Only a little dizziness, a few memory issues, and tinnitus left over after 18 months of Long COVID on the couch with extreme fatigue, dysautonomia, TIAs, chest pain, brain fog, non working legs, etc. while everything around me fell apart. When I had Delta in July 2021 it attacked my legs. I was in terrible pain for about a week while going through the infection, couldn't even sit at my desk and work. Terrible muscle pain up and down the backs of my legs. Then a year later, it reemerged-so the spike must have still been present in my muscle tissue. At one point (November) my legs barely worked at all. Had to quit the gym even. Ruled out blood clots and had MRI for lumbar to make sure it wasn't a problem in my back. Finally I was put on meloxicam (anti-inflammatory) and like magic, the pain disappeared! So I am on a 90 day regimen to try to knock it out once and for all. Fingers crossed.

Long covid is the damage from the spike protein that was injected into you. May I suggest you take a look at the FLCCC protocol online, to find ways to boost natural immunity. It includes, vit c, vit d, zinc, quercetin, magnesium, nattokinase, and N-acetylcysteine. And intermittent fasting. I wish you well.

I work at a senior nursing home in NB Canada. We were the first nursing home in the province to get Delta. I worked on the ward, I used nitric oxide nose spray and took ACV several times a day and one of the few employees that never got covid. We also had a few Omicron outbreaks. I'm 64yrs, no medication, not overweight. I do intermittent fasting ( eat all meals in 6 to 8 hours). My family had covid several times. I keep NAC, melatonin, quercetin and zinc on hand incase I get covid. A Canadian doctor had advised not to use mouthwash every day because it destroys the good microbiome in our mouth that is needed to make NO. If you are exposed or get covid, yes use the mouthwash throughout the day. I know so many with long covid and I believe it could have been avoided if people like you would have been allowed to promote vitamin D3, zinc, ect.......early intervention would have helped. Thanks Dr. Mobeen for caring.

All we ever did for viral outpatient care was rest, l-glutathione (or NAC precursor), D3 / K3, Zinc / Selenium & polyphenols to get everything in to the cells I work in HC, and in my circles plus friends/fam and my inlaws friends/fam/coworkers ... no one has "long covid" or was ever in any danger from covid in general These topics seem to push a narrative often that is misdiagnosis on purpose to hide the flagrant disregard for human health our "experts" pushed daily for three years

My doc told me to look up Methylene Blue. I was taking all the other stuff off and on for most of the past two years. At the time, I couldn’t find MB easily so I brushed it off. After seeing your info on it, I got it, tried it and after a few days my gi issues mostly cleared. I’m feeling brave enough to dine out. ❤ I’m hoping the brain fog, fatigue, and tinnitus goes away. The cardiovascular stuff went away with the older FLCCC protocols plus an additional anti parasitic. I also took antihistamines for MCAS symptoms. Finally, I used a trauma therapy I’m trained in, which helped keep me working through all this and reduced pain and some symptoms.

I’ve had no respiratory infxn symptoms since 2018, but some things I’m doing differently since March 2020 include adding supplements such as zinc, Vitamin K to add to my Vitamin D, NAC, quercetin, black seed oil, prioritizing sleep, improving diet, and making sure I get outdoor time during the day, several times/week, even in cold weather. As you obviously have discovered, being outside is magical and so good for us to get that infrared light. I'm betting you do. He is a doctor of neurology and ophthalmology, and has wonderful guests who discuss these topics that almost no one knows about. Our ancestors intuitively knew though. I've been vaping oregano oil (start with 3 drops) and vegetable glycerine for 3yrs now and this has cleared my lungs completely of a condition similar to asthma that had been a problem for over 30yrs. This regimen has also cleared up a chronic polyp condition that had been a problem for 27yrs. My nose was completely blocked and I have a deviated septum. I had no sense of smell and couldn't breathe or sleep well. I have my smell returned to me and it is now incredibly sensitive. I take a small dose deep into my lungs and hold for a few seconds and if able, let it out through the nose. Then I take a small dose into my throat and pinch my nose and push the vapour out through my nose. I then take another dose and repeat the second technique but this time I pop my ears. This pushes the oregano into the eustation tubes. I also use black seed oil in my ear canals with a cotton bud. Please do this as soon as possible.

@Stew5B
@Stew5B Жыл бұрын
@@snufkin544 No, it is an 'Essential Oil' and isn't an actual vape product. Though I'm thinking of making my own oregano tincture with alcohol so it will readily mix with the Glycerine. I have to say; I don't smoke or use a vape for anything other than stated above. I have my doubts that vape products show any benefits other than tasting nice and being less damaging to overall health than tobacco. There is no nicotine to crave and so it is non addictive, however I still vape oregano once or twice a week to keep everything clear. Good luck. :)

I am also diabetic insulin resistant and monitor blood sugar. Long sauna use after a meal is miraculous my blood sugars respond very well - my theory either the liver stops glucogenesis or the insulin is not resisted. I have had CRP levels for a long time and the intense heat seems to have normalized it too. I was getting tired and miserable after my first vaccination and my blood pressure went sky high. Regular sauna use seems to have normalized my blood pressure.

Natto plus okra...it's a ridiculously sticky combination but it seems to be very powerful. I make my own black bean natto with an instant pot pro plus which has a temperature control. The basic instant pot model doesnt have a custom temperature control. Okay... so after pressure cooking, straining out the excess liquid and cooling down the beans I then add nattomoto natto starter to 10 ml of water and mix it back into the beans. I set the temperature at 102° for 24 hours on the yogurt setting. This is all done in the same instant pot without anything else. The natto comes out extremely fermented with very strong strands...after cooling for 1 day in the refrigerator then it's fantastic stuff...in my opinion. I've read that it's loaded with k2, nattokinase and probiotics plus other bioactive constituents due to fermentation which reduces anti nutrients...just saying. Btw I eat it cold and don't add it to hot foods or add vinegar or dressings which seem to thin out the strands. Yeah, so if I'm eating it with okra then I also cool down the okra. I want to go for maximum potency and probiotic effects. Soybeans, navy beans and chickpeas also work well for me. Maybe someone can comment further if there's any efficacy or if it's just my thinking...all the best to you 😀

@wigspike Jethern Fantastic... Yeah, I used to buy it at first. I saw all the complicated ways that others made it on KZbin using plastic wrap and whatever. I just use the instant pot and nothing else. After adding the natto starter straight into the pot of cooled down and strained beans, I also sometimes sprinkle a couple of shakes of extra natto starter powder across the top. I believe that homemade natto has much stronger strands of fermentation and tastes better, too. I also use organic beans and volvic water from France, which is filtered through 6 layers of volcanic rock, and it's still way cheaper than the store bought. I'm quite pleasantly surprised with each big beautiful batch of well fermented natto. It's amazing that the instant pot with custom temperature control does such a good job. Maybe it's also because I sometimes add a few extra hours to the timer to allow the fermentation to reach a higher peak... I don't know 🤔

If I look around at the experience people currently have, I would go for the big punch of: - 1000mg of lactoferrin (on empty stomage) twice a day (2000mg in total) - Slow releasing nictonine patches of 7mg (for only a week) (take them off well before sleep) - ~1000mg a day Astragalus root (not the extract) (might want to take 500mg in the morning and 500mg in the evening) - Non-histamine releasing pro-biotics to restore the gut health - Extended water fasting might be a good extra punch to this. (don't combine this with the probiotic, you might want to do this after 2 weeks of the above) Read online on experience people have on this, but I read it's a high possitive impact for people. If your supplements contain a lot of Zinc, you might want to supplement with copper as Zinc will create copper deficiency if taking it for to long.

My long-Pfizer occurred only a year after my first vaccination; I protected myself quite well with ivermectin during the 2nd and the booster shot. Some auto immune phenomena like gout and mild exacerbations of psoriasis occured. After a relatively mild cold I became hypersensitive to cold air: astma, cough and extreme fatigue. I could not tolerate temperatures below 27 C! I got some acupuncture therapy, did a long ivermectine course. What seems to work best is ginger tea. Nowadays I can tolerate 23 C and have to go out with a mask. Even an hour exposure of cold air sets me back a week. I hope I might get over it the coming summer.

If you can't get testing, look at low dose enteric coated aspirin and systemic fibrolytic enzymes like nattokinase, serrapeptase, lumbrokinase, bromalin, and take anti inflammatory and antioxidants and mitochondrial energy support to reduce reprofusion injury.

After my mother and I had covid last year and she just never recovered so my friend mentioned that the symptoms of long covid in many cases seem to mimic hypothyroid. My mom has been on synthroid for years, We checked her reverse t3. It was much too high. We changed to natural thyroid instead and are about to recheck the reverse t3. She has made a remarkable recovery since changing meds but of course we are doing alot of supplements also so no way to tell what is helping. I see that thyroid labs are on the flccc's list of things to check. Unfortunately 99 percent of doctors first off, don't know the right labs to check and then don't have any idea how to manage hypothyroid with natural thyroid meds. TSH is not even a thyroid test- its a pituitary test and is not a great test at all for thyroid.

@@kennethk9350 I can send you the recent peer reviewed paper, it's a month old, they found same to activate endothelial, so I think that explains pretty good. My adheasive aracanoiditis pai flare ups take 2 min to go to 0 pain. (Vs hard core pain medication not working at all) There are two other factors that are shielded but it would take time to explain. .Most people reject this immediately, so I just point them to recent studies and even white papers thar NASA has. This maybe the most upstream trigger mechanism. I personally believe it is after 11 years of research and 8 years testing on myself and others who it's helped. Does someone have advice for the povidone nasal spray? Here in Germany, I can't seem to buy any povidone nasal spray. Not allowed? Doesn't exist? I have no idea. So I mixed my own by using 1 ml povidone iodine in 10 ml water (boiled and cooled down). Filled it into an empty nasal spray bottle and used it that way. This was a recipe for if you couldn't buy any povidone nasal spray and had been recommended by some pharmacies over here. I only used it rarely, like once or twice a week when I had to visit crowded places like a grocery store. At first, it was okay-ish. But now it's become so incredibly painful to use, it's impossible to take it anymore. It burns so bad when I use it, my eyes immediately turn red, my nose starts running like hell, my mouth becomes full of saliva, all from the intense burning pain of this spray. It's absolute torture for me. I don't want to reduce the amount of povidone, because I worry it wouldn't be effective anymore. Am I doing something wrong or am I just extremely sensitive to the iodine? Weird, though, that it was more or less okay in the beginning.... I'd like to keep using it, as it makes me feel safer (unvaxxed, never had Covid and would like to keep it that way). Any ideas what causes this pain and how to reduceit? Does anyone have similar issues?

Hello, my medium long covid had strong effects on me neurologically (I am a woman and I wasn't able to do multiple tasks at a time, I had to strongly focus on only one task like a man), fatigue and hypertension. I took something that sells in my country as Neuromultivit (vit. B1 100 mg, vit. B6 200 mg, vit. B12 0,20 mg - big concentrations, 1/evening) and I woke up the next day with all my neuronal functions back. I would like to take more, but it harms the liver after 40 days. Hypertension: potassium a lot, statins, 2 km. walking the best speed I am able to per day (as cardio), and I had to loose 10% of my weight, I ate my 4 spoons of unalcalinised cocoa 4 times a day without milk products but before sleep. I took my methylene blue. I reduced sugars, salt, fats, coffee at a quarter of my usual consumption. My hypertension is now gone, I am at a slight hypotension now. I also did a lot of other things, but unsuccessfully. These above meant a lot for me. I am long-covid-free and a lot more healthy than before. Female, 53, white, 165 cm/ 46 kg now from 52, keto eater. Fatigue ... I still have it with me all the time. I found no cure but my cardio walks, 3 times a week, but it is still here.
