I actually got the secret ending today I'll post below the read more line the methods for anyone who stumbles across this and wants to learn. If you'd just like hints, the only remaining NPCs once the martyr roams free tells you what you need to do, and where you need to do it is in the same area that one of them is in. Once the martyr roams free (kill every boss and get their unique cards -> go to the area behind the mall boss (weird torso ghost thing) -> Get the world card -> Go to stonehenge and interact with the altar -> construct the martyr from her pieces) go to the temple where you constructed the martyr. In the temple, from the entrance there's a stretch of hallway that leads to an alcove (a dead end that's indented into the wall rather than just being flat/congruent with the corners that lead deeper into the temple). You will want to get at least two ghosts into that alcove (I've heard from the person who told me that they had better luck with the right corner), and then you want to start jumping on them until you clip through the wall. From there you will have the fool card. With the fool card you will want to go to the weird silent hill area (it can be gotten to either by teleporting through the painting in the temple or just taking the transverse station tunnel). In this area, it'll be hard to find and I don't know the exact location, there is a stone formation/statue thing. Now that the martyr is unrestrained and you have the fool card, interact with it and you'll be taken to the final area. This is a maze, and I did not map it out. I just followed the left wall and it took a good bit to finish. All in all I think that it's a great game, and while I don't think I ever would've been willing to devoted the amount of time exploring every nook and cranny to clip into, the hints presented by the NPCs are very reasonable with the only thing missing being any hint as to where you should actually perform the action. I really enjoyed this game, and I'm intrigued by what I think it's trying to say specifically about being trans.

I really respect secrets in video games, but I also understand the feeling of futility that comes with realizing that you'll probably never solve something, and in those cases I feel justified in learning the answer. Good luck, I hope you enjoy the ending. Also take note that there's a non-secret second ending. In the area that leads to the desert, there's also a passage that pre-martyr roaming free had a statue. That statue is now gone and there's a linear, long, creepy section that leads to this ending. All of your progress is wiped on getting either this ending or the secret ending.
