Thank you very much, dear. Every 1, 2, 3, etc. bedroomed house is not the same. One house could be built in a swampy area, rocky area, side of a hill, rooms can be of different sizes, etc, meaning costs will be different. Cement keeps going up and down.

Thanks for sharing always But for sure i don't know which is which i have seen 3 bedroom houses with varying prices though like you have said, nature of land, location, size of rooms, type of material and building plan are the factors. We now together.
