The "finding love" thing was a statement from left field. What does romantic love have to do with Kangana's personality and behavior? There are many women in public life who are firebrands although they are married and mothers. Update: Having watched more of the interview, the conversation takes an abrupt turn to Om Puri and his lonely death (it appears the connection with Swara is that she has tweeted a few times praising the actor and lamenting his death), and in this context Swara says she wants Kangana to find love and peace. Now I am not sure what she has in mind. Is she saying Kangana currently has no love and peace? How would one even know? If Kangana is always in the news about something or the other, that's due to her ambition and the life she has chosen for herself. I don't see her becoming a housewife or socialite ever. Or maybe Swara is concerned about Kangana's single status and a lonely future, but there are many actresses from Suraiya to Asha Parekh to Rekha and Tabu who are perfectly fine being single.

@@sabahatzafar2382 Of course that is what she is saying, but my surprise was at the strangely retrogressive nature of that statement, especially coming from Swara. It's the sort of thing one's grandma might say. Swara really has turned into a grandma, at least based on this statement. I have not listened to the whole interview. A modern, more progressive outlook would recognize Kangana's sovereignty and self-determination as an individual and woman and allow her to be who she is. Women don't need to be "softened" or "calmed" because that more closely matches society's stereotype for feminine comportment. Maybe we need some bold and uncompromising role models to inspire young girls. A well-informed and progressive person would also be aware that marriage and child-bearing and rearing are not for everyone, and so would not foist them on everyone. They would know, unlike my imaginary grandma, that marriages can be blissful but also that some marriages can be hellish. It is not a panacea.

Only lover loves is not necessary for a person to be kind and loving.
