Hi Laura, thanks for the video. Some of the food looks amazing, especially the desserts at the end. I don't know if you've heard of it, but recently I came across the site minimalistbaker.com and saw some nice vegan recipes on there. I've made "lentil mushroom stew over mashed potatoes" for dinner twice already, and it's really nice. I just wanted to let you know about it.

@@LauraMaliszewska I had a feeling you might already know about it :) The stew is so nice. If you decide to make it, definitely consider using rosemary over thyme (the recipe suggests this as an alternative) because that's what I did and it tastes delicious.
