@@meera2531 I have kefir and fruit every morning for pre and probiotics. I've also tried probiotics in pill form before. Unfortunately no improvement. My GP thinks I may have some food intolerances, next month I finally see a specialist. I've been waiting like three months and in that time I've done some experiments adding/eliminating things from my diet. Unfortunately looks like at the very least gluten, spicy food, and added sugar don't agree with my stomach. 😔 We shall see soon I guess.

That sounds about what I would expect to pay at a place that serves this kind of food, I'm from San Angelo,Tx and the prices are pretty much the same, also in the Midland/Odessa area it's the same. The portions are always large and packed with flavor.

Sean’s mom passed away a year after his episode. But he lost several hundred pounds. Apparently, his weight went back up after he had to have part of a leg amputated after a car accident in 2013. He then died from complications due to an unknown infection in 2019 at the age of 29. So sad. RIP to both him and his mother.
