The Viet Vegan I feel this! I haaate salads 🤢 I can't stomach them, I just don't really like raw veggies. I usually hide raw greens in smoothies, or eat a big bowl/plate of roasted veggies with rice instead.

Side note: try 2Tbsp of PB2 2Tbsp of almond milk and add a little bit of Maple syrup.It taste like caramel...in my opinion 😉. I put it on toast.

I literally just spilled an entire cup of soy milk with cacao mixed in onto the carpet... just sat down and checked youtube and saw this comment. How fitting. I honestly am having the worst day. Donated blood and my arm still hurts... soy milk on carpet... and more expensive cacao wasted.

I've never eaten them because I though they're too expensive, but considering you should eat 1 per week, it kind of changes a lot :D I think I'll try them soon ^^

Antioxidants are really sensitive to heat. Cooking them destroys most of them. Eat fresh, raw antioxidant-containing food.

I'm obviously not Amanda, but eat lots of fruits and vegetables! Soups and bland foods like plain rice, toast and oatmeal can really help if you are experiencing nausea or a stomach ache. Easy for your stomach to digest! The best drink to have is hot water, ginger, turmeric, lemon, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and a spoonful of maple syrup or another sweetener! It's AMAZING for colds!!

i am allergic to chicken and turkey and corn and some other veggies and fruits but should i go vegan? theres alot of corn things which would be hard but, my mom is allergic to fish anyways so thats three meats down

+yourstrulylily I think it depends on what fruits and veggies you are allergic too and how many since it would limit your choices and in turn may effect your micronutrients. It is best to consult a nutritionist who is able to take all of your allergies into account, as well, having your doctor do a CBC, prealbumin, chemistry, and iron panel would really help your nutritionist make a plan that best suits you and you can request that it be plant based. I too have multiple allergies and so far I have found it challenging to become vegan but I am working on transitioning in a healthy way.

I'm not sure!! just make sure you brush your teeth regularly, floss, and stay hydrated! I also oil pull every morning so maybe that might help you :)

I eat gluten free because I have to, I personally think that unless you're intolerant or have Celiac, you should still incorporate gluten in your diet. If you feel indigestion when you eat gluten, you should consult with a gastroenterologist or homeopath(if that's your cup of tea).
