Gorgeous breckies and I love the way you show such care with your presentation. Today I am having a hash of baked beans, leftover potatoes and red onions with barbecue sauce. If there is a lot of time my favourite breakfast is the Full Cooked (or Full English as we still arrogantly call it here!): baked beans, wilted spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast (or fried bread on extra decadent days), sausages, bacon (both vegan, obviously) and hash browns or potato waffles. Naturally this is for a treat!!

For breakfast this morning I made granola with oats, walnuts, coconut oil, and maple syrup and ate it warm from the oven with a little bit of yogurt. It was heavenly! I really like these videos that show what you made for one particular meal in a week. They're the kind of videos I would make if I had a KZbin channel!

I'm currently obsessed with a dark cherry, mango, and dragonfruit smoothie. I use my Vanilla Complete Protein (gluten free/vegan low glycemic), almond milk and the frozen fruits. Holy moly it's so good

@Emma Eddleman sure! I didn't create it that I know of. I use Juice Plus protein for it but any vanilla protein would work if you want to use that. I also add chia or hemp seeds too. Sometimes I mix the dark sweet and the tart cherry in addition.

My go-to breakfast is oatmeal, chia seeds, hemp seeds, ground flax seeds with a dash of ceylon cinnamon, a little maple syrup, walnuts, frozen blueberries, and a little almond coconut milk.

Loved this! Definitely going to try out these recipes. Lately I've been making crescent rolls but I stuff them with various things. I made a vegan Beyond sausage and Follow Your Heart smoked gouda stuffed ones tossed in herbs and they were so good!!

Today for breakfast I had cinnamon roll oatmeal. It’s just oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, all spice, syrup, and I top it with pecans :)

NikkiVegan I love any combination of nut butter and fruit! I don’t know how it never occurred to me to put nut butter on oatmeal until I saw your videos, but it has been life changing! Last week I ended up doing frozen cherries with pecans and cinnamon and it was like having cherry cobbler for breakfast!

Today for breakfast I had what I usually have... oatmeal with cacao powder and cinnamon cooked with water and I stirred in chia and flax seeds until thickened and topped with some fresh mango and frozen berries :)

I like to make an oatmeal - chia combo. So 1/3 cup oats + 1 tbsp chia, microwaved with water so it gets thick. Then I add protein powder, peanut butter, ground flax seed, and berries 😋

I love Oatmeal anytime of the day. Who doesn't put butter in their oatmeal? I've always done that. But also started to add Cinnamon. Syrup is good in it too. A lot of good health benefits in Cinnamon. It all looked good. I actually prefer cold oats more now then I use too.

Could you make a palm oil free “Nutella” recipe? I don’t like the Nutiva and I also don’t like that it has palm oil. It’s hard to find a good one without palm oil. Please and thank you xo Davita

My friend used to make it at home all the time because she didn't like the amount of sugar in the other brands (we all insist the European versions have less sugar, they're never as sweet), or sometimes she couldn't find a vegan option. She pretty much roasted hazelnuts, blended until very creamy smooth, added in a good quality cocoa powder, and then went from there in terms of the type or amount of oil, vanilla extract (sometimes), some salt, sweetener of choice. It was always good. It always tasted different 🙂 but it was always good. I'd love if NikkiVegan would come up with a good recipe.

For coconut yogurt I love Coyo or Culina and for almond I do Kite Hill or Whole Foods 365 brand. Those are all four of my favs at the moment ☺️ all plain unsweetened
