Yes, same, I love that 👌 it’s hard with some other youtubers who are chicken, salmon and egg heavy, but at first I was like is she vegan lol, but I love that they are easy to follow and that chicken part is so easy to replace 👌

This was great, I've been looking for "low carb cycle menu" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Nantray Carb Caboodle - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my brother in law got great results with it.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Ater 2 weeks, I have lost half of the weight I wanted. Your recipes are simple and include many ingredients that I have on hand. I tried a weight loss plan where I was required to purchase a minimum of 2 months of meals for a ridiculously high price. Most of the food was awful and I ended up throwing most of it away. I like that I know exactly what I'm eating and I can make some modifications to suit me. After all the diets I have tried, your plan was the only one that has worked for me.

Younger generations are so much smarter than my generation who were & still are ignorant of the benefits of REAL food vs processed meal deliveries, Adkins & fat-free diets. Thankfully, we're catching on and hopefully, we're sharing the health benefits of intermittent fasting as well.

I'm going to start being healthy now! I have had so many problems with unhealthy eating in the past, in both extreme ways. I was binge eating a lot and had problems with bulimia and I was eating way to little sometimes. I gained some pounds some weeks ago and started dieting a lot so I went from 63 kg to 57 kg in 2 weeks. (I'm 160 cm btw) But I was constantly stressed about having to eat something (because of my mum who was worried) and counted every single calorie, it drove me insane. Now it's my 2 week without eating sugar, and that's something I definitely want to continue doing, it cleared up my skin and I just feel better. But I will start exercising now and eating a normal amount of food without being upset about myself. I want to have a happy, healthy lifestyle and reach my weight goal in a not stressing way. I hope that everything you guys want to archive comes true, good luck to y'all! And thank you so much for your videos, they help me so much, motivate me and give me inspiration! Have a great day!💕

I make the same coffee cocoa smoothie but instead of water I use unsweetened coconut almond milk. Delish! This was an awesome video. I can’t wait to try the lunch and dinner you made!

FYI - Try the whole carrots and peel, slice them yourself. You will be shocked at the difference in taste. The whole carrots are sweet and delicious.

Thank u so much for this video💖 i struggle so much with my health and with overeating. At one point i was really in a rough spot and i stress ate till i gained about 80 pounds and it was only under a few months that that happened. I menatlly let myslef get to a bad spot but now i want to love my body and mind enough to treat it right by eating healthy and taking care of myself. I did loose alot of the weight i gained at that point in my life but i havent shaken it all off that i gained and my weight fluctuates all the time by loosing some weight then gaining more back. Im so sick of my poor health habits i want to do better. I dont know how though but your videos are helping me with giving me insight and ideas to help me live a better life. Thanks 💖 please keep making more .

You can substitute plain yogurt for mayonniase, thus allowing you to have chicken/egg/tuna salads. You can't taste the difference either BUT you could add garlic/onion powder if you do.

I love the music btw. I made the smoothie, & the black bean sandwich, both surprisingly really good. Not going to lie I was a skeptic. I made alterations to the smoothie: I used unsweetened coconut milk instead of water, & one tablespoon of organic maple syrup. Maple syrup has anti-cancer properties, anti-diabetes properties, an antibacterial properties, just for FYI.

It's always tricky when you start several pounds overweight and are used to eating around 2000 plus calories a day. I can't just do 1400 instant because I start to feel hungry.

GIRL. THE TAHINI SPREAD? FUCKING FIRE. The first time i made it I didn't use enough lemon juice and some other portions sizes may have been off so it turned out crumbly but still tasted really good. I just made a bulk of it using half a pound of dry beans(so much mashing...) and a lot more lemon juice and the spread is perfect!! It's so good!! This is such a good recipe if you have the time(or just be smarter than me and use canned beans instead of cooking raw beans for 2 hours)

I made the sweet potato dinner tonight, but used black beans instead of chicken. I also added a bit of homemade cashew sour cream. It was delicious.

That chicken recipe came out delicious! I added garlic powder and substituted quartered zucchini for the mushrooms. I also used a regular baked potato and asparagus instead of broccoli lol but it was DELICIOUS.

Although the video is great, 1200 cals is extremely low and not recommended. Do a small calorie déficit from your maintance calories. (100-300 cals) and you'll lose weight slowly over time, but it will be much more sustainable.

I really enjoy your videos. I noticed you always squeeze the lemon into your hand with your ring on, this is bad for the gold as it will start to discolour your ring. Maybe use your other hand or a lemon squeezer. Xx

I made the bean sandwich but used Navy beans because I didn't have black beans. haha I also didn't have Tahini so I mixed a little peanut butter with water. :P happened to have a lemon and wow so much flavor!

When I did the 1st week of Liezl’s plan I lost 7 pounds... it works... I just didn’t end up maintaining consistency because the rest of my family wasn’t eating all the food so it was like I was wasting my money just for foods for me to eat. We have 3 Littles as well haha but I love her way of eating

looks delish! the lunch would not be enough for me, but i guess that's why you have the big bag of veggies for snacking. ;) the dinner looks especially delicious. my calorie goal is 1500/day (I'm 5'7" and considerably heavier than you!!!) and I am starting to add in a lot more fruits/veggies to keep me fuller while staying within my calorie budget. It looks like that is a part of your strategy as well! adds some nice nutrition too. :) thanks for sharing!

Great ideas, Himalayan salt is bad for weight loss. It’s nearly the same is regular. But obviously this worked well…

Thank you so much for sharing your meals. They are so healthy packed with so many nutrients easy to prepare and look delicious. And you also know exactly what goes into your body it's not processed foods. Thank you again. I will be trying these. I lost 115 lb and keeping them off for 11 years but during covid I gained 10 lb and for the first time in a long time finding hard to get them off so I will be trying these recipes thank you so so much.

Easy tip to lose weight: 1) get a food scale 2) Join fitnesspal 3. Do intermittent fasting , 16:8 4. Aim for 15-20% of your calories to come from net carbs, 20% from protein, and 65% from fat. I lost 12.4 pounds in less 25 days.
