I started taking Seed because of you and it’s been about 2 months and I must say it’s changed a lotttt. I’m less bloated and I find it helps me use the bathroom more consistently. I love seed!

Annie, I love your recipes and seeing how you balance health and sweet treats. I would love for you to talk about how to avoid refined sugars because sometimes it is out of our control when roommates or family buy sweets and have them laying around. Mostly I would like to know how to balance a sweet tooth, while still keeping weight off. Thanks for all the videos!!!

Hi Annie i would like to tell you how inspiering your videos are especially those " what i eat in a day". I started to watch them only about a 2 month and I AM ADDICTED!!🤣 I always had a hard time to control my diet and i am always suffering from being blowded. I am german and i live in Mallorca sometimes it is hard to get everything but they have something from Alnatura. I just wanted to give you my compliments. 👌👌Do you have an extra idea for no blowing up because the salads for me are almost impossible to eat. Thsnks and wish you a nice wedding!

Hi Annie, the best time for taking a symbiotic supplement is actually at night, before you go to bed. On an empty stomach of course, since we wait at least three hours between our last meal and bedtime. I'm new to this channel. I could be your mom! You're lovely, and your videos are very inspiring.

I also have to take long breaks from coffee for the sake of my gut and skin health. Makes a huge difference. I actually lost over 10 pounds of what was probably water weight after I cut coffee

Another trick is grinding the chia seeds with or without flaxseeds in a coffee grinder (or similar). It makes a much nicer texture plus you can absorb more of the micronutrients including essential omega 3s

If you want to be on diet then have a cup of tea with some digestive biscuits and this will even kill your cravings and hunger for some hours onward....!!!

Hey Annie, I wonder, have you heard that spinach is high in histamine and oxalates? I recently had a phone call with a nutritionist and she told me to stay clear of spinach! I always have spinach but I also have rosacea, so I have heard it's not the best for skin conditions. I am off of it now and will see if that helps with my skin, just thought I'd mention it.
