Duuude! I have been lamenting the lack of pregnancy settings for Fitbit as well! It makes me so (unnecessarily) embarrassed to track my weight through it to get a closer idea of calorie burn and such. I’m 27 weeks today with my first pregnancy and I keep searching the settings like I’m going to somehow magically find something 😂

I second this! My sister had the surgery about 3 years ago & it's literally changed her life. She's about my size (5'5" & slim) but her top was just way too large for her chest cavity, causing hunched posture, back pain, insecurity, etc. She was never athletic the way I was when growing up, but now she has started going to the gym & running. She's even going to do NY marathon with me! I'm sure everyone is different, but seeing my sister so much healthier & happier makes me encourage anyone who's considering that procedure

I like the U shaped body pillow because you can unwrap your legs on one side and flip over to the same setup on the other side, just re-wrap/tuck. It seems to allow easier movement than the C shaped pillows. Parter can lay their head on the top of the pillow and cuddle up with you that way as well

Good bras are worth the investment. I remember hearing a funny saying that's also true about bras. They are like a good relationship a good one is supportive and makes you feel your best. A bad one is not worth your time.

I got some of the beyond meat jerky last night! My family still eats meat, but I've been trying to incorporate more vegetarian and vegan things into our diet, and both my husband and I thought it was pretty good. The texture was very close to the real stuff, and it wasn't overly spicy, like even some "original" jerkies can be. (We're wimps when it comes to spice! 😅)

The hip pain might be helped with a "figure 4 leg stretch"-- it gets at those deep muscles and tendons that get messed up with pelvic tilt + si joint pain.

For the bra stitches, while you're looking for a better one, if you or Partner hand stitch the part that snapped 10x (the way a button is stitched) it should hold longer.

So I'm a 40 J, I know that band size is quite a bit bigger than yours but I get the brand Cacique. They are more directed toward plus size women but they have an unlined cotton bra that's like 37 bucks and I really enjoy them. Again your band might be too small for those products but thought I would let you know!

I thought the same thing. It's suprisingly easy to mend clothes back into shape. The mental hurdle of getting out needle and thread is bigger than the effort to mend. Which is why I delay it so often.

I tried the beyond meat jerky, teriyaki flavor. I wish there was more teriyaki flavor. It wasn’t that strong. And there was a weird, antiseptic-like aftertaste. But the texture was very much like meat, which weirded me out.

The Beyond Beef jerky is so good!! I prefer the original over the teriyaki flavor, but they both are delicious and have a great texture. You should definitely try it when you get the chance. :)

Hearing you talk about bras and the ones you have are 3 or 4 clips. I now purchased front clasp bras and one of them has 8 CLIPS. Not very easy to get all 8 clips together when one of your arms does not bend like that

Try the Auden bras from Target. They are the best. The padding is sown in, the band is thicker than most. Hofish does make different styles of wire free nursing bras. I really like their "full coverage" option.

They do not fit above a 32 DD. If you get the xl to fit your cup size, the band is way too big. I have heard great things about them though from those who can fit in them.

Beyond Jerky in teriyaki is a staple for me now. My goodness it tastes exactly how I remembered, I almost cried! They do have the classic Beyond Meat after taste but I will take it! So so good. Perfect jerky texture. I have learned through watching you, we have different tastes food lol. I do hope you like it though.

I have yet to try the Beyond Sausage Patties. I did try some bratwurst which were pretty okay, they would have to be a small addition to a meal because the salty flavor was a bit over Whelming. The 1# plant based burger it did try was disgusting.

Can you make a video about the birthing experience? I feel like a dick asking for that but i feel like you're the only person who would be honest without making light of the scenario. I want to be a parent but i have pelvis trauma from multiple hip breaks so I psychology have developed a lot of fear about the pain and the concept of tearing or even dying. I'm not sure how much of that is just mental but it makes me nervous. Be cool if you could talk about what that's actually like cuz you're capable of making jokes without downplaying stuff and you also live with a chronic pain condition so you'd get it.
