Great video Luci! I'm learning so much from watching your channel. It's been ten years since I did any real hiking or even used a rucksack, when I went travelling overseas and lived out of one for six months. It really helps to watch and get back in the mindset of what's needed and also what's not. There's a tendancy to over pack but finding the balance takes time. You've obviously had a lot of experience using all your gear and I find that really helpful! Also this video made me laugh which is always a bonus!

I'm gonna be doing another gear video for the France trip where I carried a fair bit less, look out for that as you might find it useful. I've never lived out of a rucksack for 6 months! That's quite a feat 😄
