As a CPT, NASM is the best self paced course! I started and completed my course within a month and it’s such a fun time. I’ve never met anyone that failed and I know a lot of people that have worked to become CPTs. The test was as straight foraward as it could be with the complex information learned. You’ll be fine!

Tips for the the plants that’s not a money plant it’s a ZZ plant. Both snake plants and ZZ plants do not require a lot of water and are easily overwatered. I would say only water once every 3-4weeks. Edit: Nike makes good running bras

Ava I love that you are going to get your certification for personal training. I'm the same age as you. I've been out of school since I was 16 because I dropped out and got my GED. I've been so terrified to go back to school because I feel as if I'm not smart enough. I went into a phlebotomy program and it's been so fun!! I'm learning a lot and I love challenging myself. I'm struggling with anxiety and self doubt but I think im getting better. Knowledge is such a privilege as you said. We are so young and I've got to remember that you're never too old to learn and get a new skill or change your job. Thank you for sharing.

That is a ZZ plant Ava! They don’t need too much light or water just every 2 weeks or so - they are great for beginner plant parents lol they will tell you if they need water (leaves will be thin for both the ZZ and snake plant, water until soil is moist)! you’ve inspired me to get that Mac omg so beautiful, imma be all set for school! congrats on the plants!!! they’re adorable. Both of them are super easy to care for. The smaller one I believe is a ZZ plant and it doesn’t need much attention. I water mine about once a week but if you forget to don’t worry about it. I’m pretty sure they thrive off of neglect 😭😭. Snake plants are pretty much the same as well!! xx ❤️❤️

for the “NASM” program please watch the youtubers who do help videos and study guides my boyfriend did NASM and he felt overwhelmed by the textbook and felt he was taking so many detailed notes and after watching youtubers who do study guides for NASM it helped him prepare and get an understanding of what the practice exam questions are! 🖤 goodluck on the CPT🖤🖤

Plant tip: if you get a bamboo plant be sure to water them with distilled water since there can be chlorine in tap water which can kill the plant (or you can set out tap water for 24 hours to water them) Love your videos ❤

Fellow C/D cup here! For workout bras sadly I haven’t found one my size that is actually supportive, I have one that is a size down and it reaaallly sucks the girls in, however it can feel too tight sometimes but that’s the only way I’ve found to not have bouncing while running!! ❤️

It's an investment, but of all the running bras I've gone through as a busty person, Lululemon and SheFit bras are awesome for jiggles. The SheFit ones are super adjustable so it's good if you fluctuate a lot. Lululemon has a zip front bra meant for high impact exercise and running that I also like, but it's not as adjustable for those that fluctuate in size a lot. But both keep things in PLACE and no after workout soreness from the jiggles.
