I am 74, and my eye bags have been a thorn in my flesh for years. My remedies have included eye bag serums, which may become flaky when dry. I have definitely used correctors and concealers. Good job! You may want to try the Peter Thomas Roth instant eye cream as it's great for eye bags and puffiness. Yet it can leave a white residue so it has to be very carefully applied. It does work magically for tightening bags within a couple of minutes.
