Gotta have the kids on more, people seem to like seeing that if you havent watched @shaytards yet. I like seeing their family. makes me hapfy lol. Nice menu and all that jazz, no one can say do this or do that cause you are doing it! Everyone does it different, the fact that u are writing it all down will make it easier when you publish you book!

Thank you SO much for posting this! :) I LOVE chili too! What recipe do you use and how many points is it for the serving?? What's this wendie plan that you mentioned? You just vary the points you eat each day? I look forward to your video on working out! :)
