A while ago I watched a video about gluten products and why people in Europe (namely Italy and other pasta loving countries) don’t suffer from celiac disease like in other parts of the world. It had to do with the fact they don’t spray their crops with the pesticides that cause the gluten intolerance. So maybe you can enjoy pasta if it is strictly made in Italy and organic. Something you should look into. Same thing for bread. And worst case scenario, maybe you can source the flour from there and get a bread maker or learn how to make pasta from scratch if you find this helps but you’re having trouble importing products. I’m just trying to come up with ideas and be helpful. 💕
