After Duodenal Switch Surgery, what I am able to eat after 5 months, it varies every day but this is a typical day for me. I was honestly stuffed this whole day. Keto Chocolate almond butter fat bombs
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond butter
1 cup cocoa powder
10-15 drops swerve or sweetener of choice
in a medium saucepan, melt all ingredients until liquid. Pour mixture into small cupcake cups.
if you want two layers, (like my husband makes), omit the cocoa and only use half of the mixture, then after pouring the first layer into the mini cupcake liners, add cocoa to the remaining mixture and heat and stir until combined. Pour that on top of the almond butter-filled cups.
Freeze until solid, store in the refrigerator.
Makes about 18 fat bombs.
