Most competitive figure skaters that got far in the sport eat twice as much food per day. You need fokd for energy

idk if this will help but just a tip on skating backward: make sure your feet are close together and both move at the same time! I know this was three years and you probably don’t need it anymore, but maybe it will help others learning!

i have a question; how often do you change skates?
@stan47036 жыл бұрын
Sonora she has edea pianos, which are basically the best skates, and they last you 3-7 years, so not that often😂
@katnguyen86876 жыл бұрын
I wear Edea Ice flys and I like them so much more than Pianos. Everyone has different opinions. Skates only last about 1-2 years max if you’re a higher level. I’m a Senior and I can barely make it through a year without having to get new boots.

(EyeKatie plz read and reply)Can you do a video on weather you have to pass levels super fast to become an Olympic skater? My rink only allows me to pass levels once a year but I think I need to pass way quicker and I think I could do it... now I’m scared about weather I can follow my dream.... like so she can see
@kenadieoliver3486 жыл бұрын
luke tube you have to work to get what you want. I pass levels every 3 months training every week , twice a week , for 1 hour on Tuesdays and 5 hours on Sundays so a lot of training to get where I want to go

I haven’t skated in years because i’ve been dancing but i want to get back to skating. Do you have any tips on how to train/learn new skills without a traditional coach?
@lizipearlvlogs6 жыл бұрын
Nicole G There are plenty of KZbin videos on how to learn different things. I have a friend who only takes classes once in awhile but she can do all these cool tricks and spins bc she just goes for it, and she started just last year, so anyone can really do it! Go for it---I believe in you!

its because when you're a figure skater we try to eat as healthy a possible to give us enough energy and power. there also tend to be a lot of (TW) eating disorders in figure skating because of the expected weight and height. it's actually really disappointing, to be honest. but that's why I try my best to have a FUN and healthy diet :)
