Hey! Just came across your channel. Keep up the great work :) When you're doing barbell curls I couldn't help but notice you're swinging your elbows on the essentric and using momentum to lift the weight back up. Try lowering the weight and keep your elbows locked (pointing the floor without swinging them) and you'll notice you work your biceps more! 💪
