Hi. A few years ago (before the move) I recall Sarah mentioned she had a washing machine she was happy with. This goes back quite some time. I believe it was a large top loader and didn’t skimp on water. I’m in the market for a new washing machine for my large family and need a good suggestion. Tysm.

I function well on a low fodmap diet or with anything that doesn't cause gas. I struggle so much with it because I LOVE veggies, I want to eat raw coliflower, broccoli, cellery and cucumbers with my homemade heaalthy dips all day long and in a huge amount :') and thats healthy, but its NOT good for my digestion so it's hard

I’m so glad you’re discovering what makes you feel best! I’m an autoimmune girlie and my top 3 inflammatory foods are red meat, dairy and white flour. I avoid/limit these things when I’m feeling cruddy. I’ve never been advised to eliminate vegetables but I wonder what the result might be 🤔 it really is a very individual process.

If you can leave the burrata on the counter and The middle will become super creamy and spreadable. It’s amazing. If mine is directly from the store I will leave it out for two hours. Throw stewed tomatoes in the stove on low about an hour before i want to eat with a mix of Italian spices and garlic. After an hour I will split the tomatoes in half before i add to a bowl then top with the burrata and balsamic glaze. Then split the burrata into quarters or smaller. The middle will be creamy and melt into the tomatoes. Mixed up it’s amazing. I use bread as dip or just eat the tomatoes and burrata

I’ve been doing the anti inflammatory diet for about 3 months also because I have some serious arthritis. I have lost 17 pounds, but seem to be stuck. I added leafy greens, broccoli, and blueberries to the meat, cheese, and eggs. I’m sticking with it even though the pain is only down a little. I expect my inflammation markers will be down though probably my cholesterol will be up. We’ll see. Loved the video so much! Thanks for sharing.

Growing up on a farm, my father milked and sold it when l was little. Later he just kept one cow for our family. The cream on the top was amazing. The state pie of Indiana is sugar cream. My sister uses our Grandmother's recipe and makes it for Thanksgiving. It's heavenly! You could make baked custard too since you have eggs and milk. Custard is actually high protein and low sugar. The kids would love it!

You should make a homemade green salsa. It’s about 9 tomatillos, 3 garlic, 2 Serrano peppers, a quarter of an onion, and a fresh banana pepper or Anaheim chile. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes then blend with salt pepper to taste and a dash of cumin and a 1/4 cup of cilantro. T it would be very good on your meat.

Hi Sarah, I loved this video! I am a rather infrequent viewer and plan to watch more! This was so inspiring and encouraging. I am definitely going to try the hot pocket idea! I've put off learning sourdough, I'm intimidated by the idea, but really know I need to learn! I'm a mom of only 6 and I know they would love the meals you made. Please keep sharing. I was fascinated to hear of your journey with carnivore and then your water fast ❤ I am also on the carnivore diet and ironically I feel I've gotten lazier with cooking. I was the only one in the family who needed the lower inflammatory foods, and now that I eat separately, I have been making more conventional meals for the family. You inspire me to get better! I am inspired that you made it 17 days on your fast. I am so happy and imagine it was a wonderful time with the Lord. Years ago I could fast longer (though never that long!) and in recent years I struggle to make a full day. You give me encouragement! Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family!

I did 3 months carnivore/ketoivore I felt great I started it due to arthritis in my foot. Since menopause I gained about 20 pounds so weight loss would have been great but I only lost 4 pounds in those 3 months. So I was sad about that but I felt great had energy from all the fat I was consuming I guess. It was way higher fat for me than what I was use too. I too missed my veggies and I was a big fruit consumer and it helped me to not have so many serving a day. I’m not currently doing it now but maybe after the holidays I will go back.
