Aw im so sorry for you loss friend ❤️‍🩹 try cutting alcohol & substitute it for a hobby, go out for walks or bake, when I'm sad or had a bad week I always bake that puts me in a good mental stage, I know is not the same but you can definitely try my love! Try going back to basics that's what I do when I'm in a stall, I usually do salads loaded with protein & I try staying on 700 to 800 calories a day it's hard but is doable, I hope your heart heals soon ❤️ thank you so so much for watching friend 💖
