This is so true I eat more than a barge and still slimmer than other girls who just eat normal and just somehow normally thicker guess it genetics and some people just have better metabolism/ less potential tone fat

Clindamycin Phosphate Topical Solution USP 1% ask for the liquid version for acne on your face it can be prescribed by your doctor you don’t have to go the dermatologist all you do is wash your face in the morning after the gym and before bed only water and unscented soap if needed I used dove brand and then after you dry your face you just lightly apply the liquid to the acne area and it has a little cushion top that it come out of so don’t need anything to apply it with

I found cottage cheese helps me get my protien in. You can mix in eggs and i do Buffalo chicken bowls with cottage cheese! Super good and high protien 💗

High protein diet (protein powders/ bars) usually cause hormonal acne. It happens to me so if you're trying to bulk but stay lean stick with whole food with high calorie and continue to workout the way you are.

you have the seat belt in the lower position, raise it up, the closer the neck it sits the safer it is, if you have it too low then the risk is that it slides off your shoulder during an accident, and then it can hurt you instead
