The turkey is insane... its so expensive! Ugh i am just glad i can feed my 3 growing boys! Aaaahhhh it feels rather defeating.

4:16 Hi! May I ask a question, it’s not meant for criticism, just I wonder. What are the daily recommended amounts of fiber you are talking about here? I just wonder if it was different in the USA than here in Norway where I live. Here in Norway it’s 25-30 grams. Many are far under, but for me it’s pretty easy, and are often way over. I eat a lot of veggies, berries and some fruit. I eat potatoes every day also, and chia seeds in water, and some oats and/or oat fiber. Not difficult for me, but I know people struggle here in Norway too. Fiber is very important, so great to get some help if you need it, so no criticism, just a thought since I have helped you say that before also about the ten salads. I love my salads but I would not eat ten in a day, I totally agree with that 😂❤ Thanks for sharing! Love and blessings from Johanne, Norway 🇳🇴

That’s what we shoot for in the US too. Due to the way our food is produced it can make it difficult though. 💗 especially because the average American doesn’t eat fresh foods. Most Americans eat a lot of processed food. 🫶🏻

@@GraceandGrit Thank you for your reply! I do believe you are into something about that we eat different types of foods. I see more and more Norwegian goes for more processed foods, but also more focus on eating less ultra processed foods, so hopefully we can stop it. Thanks again! 🩷

What would your suggestion be for someone who can't tolerate some of those proteins? I can't do eggs or anything that has artificial sweetner in it, like protein bars, greek yogurt, etc. I just have a hard time getting enough protein from just meats and nuts.

I am trying to cut aspartame out completely. I quit cold turkey. I have been having plain water or 100 percent juice mixed 1:1 with seltzer water. What is the difference between seltzer water and club soda? Is one better than the other? Does one have more "bubbles" than the other? It's the bubbles that I love.

I don’t drink either so I can’t say. The sparkling water I drink has a lot of bubbles and no carbonation 🙌🏻

My husband grew up in a home where his mom only put one slice of meat on his sandwiches & I grew up in a household that knew how to make a proper sandwich. 🤪

I don’t change the filter for ice but for water. It’s inside top right there’s a drop down button to push. I order my filters on amazon

What you said about our fiber needs as humans just doesn't mak sense to me. What humena ever in history ate that much salad greens? Traditionally there isn't one culture that ever ate that much because greens don't grow like that. Grains yes, starchy root veggies yyes but greens? I can't imagine that God made us to need so much of something we can't eat that much of
