Welcome to my Mandarin Vlog! Today’s episode of Cook With Me is dedicated to my grandma, who is my biggest supporter ❤️ Growing up, my grandma has always been one of the best cooks I know, so being able to cook for her now and share her recipes with the world has been a dream come true!
Today we will be recreating some of my grandma’s famous dishes, such as Taiwanese Braised Pork Noodles, 3 cup chicken, and Taiwanese breakfast sandwich, as well as her favorite dish when she visits Canada, Shrimp Ball Stew! 😋

As a Taiwanese who lives in Seattle and who loves my grandma so so dearly, this video really hits my heart. Sadly I woke up this morning to the news of my grandma passing away, so watching this video was extra emotional to me. I could not stop crying from the get go when you greeted your grandma in Mandarin. What you did here for your grandma is so so special and I am sure she is so so proud of you.
