Charis you have the best videos! Such amazing dishes, and you are so kind to your family. Since watching you, I am now cooking with sesame oil, tofu, all your ingredients!! I wonder... Do you ever use *short grain* brown rice? I know you cook white mixed with brown rice b/c I believe you had said the kids don't like brown, but it's incredible how much my children gobble up the short grain brown rice, its flavor is quite nutty, and the texture is a bit crunchy, it's amazing! :D

The black sauce pork and eggs- I recommend you to add in a big knob of ginger, it will spice things up and warm your belly (relief wind/queasy tummy). We only use a bit of garlic in my recipe. Try it!

Sis your pork +eggs dish, if you exchange the soy sauce and garlic with fish sauce and shallot ( type of onion but smaller size) and coconut water, you will love it, believe me 😊
